ATS Traffic was started back in 1966 by a man named Lorne Hooper. At the time, it was the first flashing light barricade rental company in Western Canada. Over the years, Lorne’s company grew, and ATS has become the largest 3M-certified sign manufacturer and traffic control specialist in Western Canada. Now with six locations in four provinces and close to 300 employees, ATS Traffic provides more than road safety products: getting people home safely every day.

Being in the traffic safety industry for over 50 years, a product catalogue was long overdue. It was time to not only showcase the impressive inventory but also educate its customers of the company’s origin, growth, culture, and the other reasons why ATS Traffic has been one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for many years.
